Pipelines
We own a full suite of highly advanced pipe manufacturing plant and equipments that are capable of delivering upwards of 2000 MT of mild steel pipes per month. We are capable of manufacturing pipes both on-site and at the shop.
Structural Fabrication
Our structural fabrication shops are ISO certified enclosed structures fitted with state-of-the-art plant & equipments to deliver steel girders and bridges as per RDSO specifications.
Leak detection & Repair
As a System Integrator of Xylem Inc. we make use of "SmartBall" that utilizes the latest accelerometer and gyroscope technology to create a field generated X and Y map of a pipeline.
Scada
We supply and commission state-of-the-art SCADA from Xylem. Xylem's advance measurement data provides a reliable overview, including details such as inflow levels and power consumption.
Pipeline Pre - comissioning
Aveswater provides a complete suite of pipeline commissioning services. We make use of specialized hydrostatic test equiments that can test pressures based on desired requirements and pipe lengths. All testing is done using calibrated instruments and trained professionals.
Dewatering
Construction sites may require 24x7 pumping where the water table is higher than the excavation level. We not only provide pumps, but also design the systems and piping to enable state-of-the-art site drainage and dewatering system.
On-site Services
Some of our services include Civil, Earthwork and OHE. We own and partner with a network of trusted suppliers to execute on-site works depending on the client and the project. Think pump houses, caisson wells, sheet piles, micro-piles and area grading.
